No Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our product and health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns. Our chocolates are made to order, ensuring their freshness and quality, but this also means that once they’ve left our premises, they cannot be resold.

Customer Satisfaction

Despite our no-return policy, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to addressing any issues you may have encountered.

Please send an email to sales@barbarychocolates.com, including your order number, the issue you’ve experienced, and any relevant photos or details. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means replacing the product, providing a discount on a future order, or issuing a refund in certain circumstances.

Please note, any issues with your order must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Damaged Items

If your chocolates arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@barbarychocolates.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items and the packaging. We will strive to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
